Hi there, I’m Jason Pritchard.
I am the founder of In A Fix Projects which is a true passion of mine.
I have always had a passion for building, restoring, creating and solving problems.
After spending 10 years in various roles within the civils and building environments as well as running a family owned flooring company for 8 years after my father passed on, I wanted to “get out of the office again”
Over the years, I had noticed a need for property maintenance services, smaller jobs that bigger companies just didn’t have time for, not only for homeowners but also the rental market.
In response and with the nudge of a family friend, I decided to form In A Fix Projects to provide the much-needed property maintenance service to the greater Durban area.
A VISUAL LOOK AT OUR PROJECTS
Installation of BICs and Kitchenette.
Replace damaged skirting boards, install framing and doors to hide concrete gully and prep, prime and painting of a red wall to white.
Installation of new counter tops, sink and mixer and plumb up.
Install new sink + pea trap system and assemble flatpack desk.
Install MCF sliding door and pelmet, install framing and 2 doors at bathroom entrance.
Replace damaged door frame stile, restore cottage pane French doors, garage entrance door and start on teen pad door and frame.
Install sliding door and pelmet, interior townhouse doors, shower base benching, prep and paint walls and ceiling boards.
Restoration of exterior doors that have withered over time, prep and paint of Garage walls and ceiling.
Remove existing roof extension and super structure, re-build new pillars, install structural beam and new roof covering.
Remove geyser cupboard, source and repair leak, re-plaster, paint and install new geyser cupboard, supply and fit floating shelves and cleated desk top.
